DBP Realty was founded in November of 2001, in Olean, New York.  The company was started by Dennis Pezzimenti.  At the time of opening Dennis had 12 years of real estate experience working with the local Century 21 office in Olean.  The office began with Dennis as the Broker and two other agents selling real estate in Cattaraugus and Allegany counties.  The company later went on to hire an additional six agents. 

 

DBP Realty has been one of the premier real estate companies in the area.  Most of our sales staff are associate brokers licensed through NYS.  We operate mainly in Cattaraugus and Allegany counties selling homes and commercial properties.
